Returns and exchanges<\/strong><\/h5>\nFor hygiene reasons, we cannot refund the final purchase price or allow exchanges unless: - a. the size, color, or quantity of the product delivered to you does not match the order confirmation or the product delivered to you is defective; b. the product is unwashed, unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received the product (including but not limited to product labels and packaging); and\n\n<span style=\"color: var(--rz-text-color); font-family: var(--rz-font-family-primary);\">c. If the items you purchased from HANNAH are unsuitable, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving the goods and process a refund at our store within 7 days. Provided the item is in brand new condition, unused, and all accessories (such as packaging, tags, warranty cards, etc.) are complete and do not affect resale, and you provide the purchase receipt, you can contact us to apply for a return or exchange. We will process your return or exchange as soon as possible.<\/span>\n\nNo refunds or exchanges will be given for any product that does not fit the size. If you are unsure which size is right for you, you may email cs@hannah.hk for advice; or visit our store in person and we will assist you with trying it on. Once a return or exchange is approved, we will send you a confirmation message via mobile application or email to confirm receipt of the product (hereinafter referred to as &quot;Confirmation of Receipt&quot;). Delivery fees will be fully refunded using the same method as payment. If you return an item, you will receive a refund using the same method as payment. If you exchange an item, we will arrange delivery of your order within [7] business days of Confirmation of Receipt.\n<h5><strong>13. Delivery<\/strong><\/h5>\nWe will contact you directly before shipment with the estimated delivery time, based on the current situation and logistics information. However, we do not guarantee the exact accuracy of the estimated arrival date, and we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or events beyond our control as described below. You will bear the risk of delivery, and we will transfer ownership of the products to you upon receiving the full final purchase price. If we do not receive the full final purchase price from you, we reserve the right to reclaim the products listed in the delivery confirmation. Please note that after order confirmation, we will contact you via the HANNAH mobile application regarding the selected delivery arrangements and product information. Confirmation will be sent to your registered HANNAH mobile application within 48 hours (excluding holidays; if it falls on a Saturday or public holiday, it will be calculated as the next working day). If you have any objections to the product or delivery arrangements, you can contact us within 24 hours via the HANNAH mobile application for timely follow-up, or send an email to cs@hannah.hk. If we do not receive any notification, your order will be packaged and delivered on the next business day. We will provide delivery services using SF Express\/China Post (only applicable to Hong Kong\/Macau). Customers can provide other courier company information, and we will arrange delivery on their behalf (suitable for overseas and mainland China). Please note: Delivery service is only available within Hong Kong and Macau (excluding outlying islands). For overseas and mainland China delivery services, customers are welcome to provide delivery company information to arrange goods. For further assistance, please contact us through the HANNAH mobile application or send an email to cs@hannah.hk.\n<h5><strong>14. Bonus Rewards Program<\/strong><\/h5>\na. Unless otherwise stated, the Points Rewards Program (\u201cPoints\u201d) applies to HANNAH members. Members must present a valid mobile application before payment to accumulate Points. b. Unless otherwise stated, members will earn 1 Point for every HK$1 spent at HANNAH (excluding transactions involving handling fees, repair fees, other fees, or refunds). HANNAH reserves the right to change the required spending amount for earning Points at any time without prior notice. c. Accumulated Points and their expiration date will be May 31st of each year. d. Points redeemable for gifts are listed in the mobile application. e. Expired Points and reward points for cancelled member accounts will be automatically cancelled and cannot be used to redeem any gifts. f. Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined from different member accounts for gift redemption. g. Gift redemption is subject to the availability of points at the time and HANNAH&#039;s final decision. If there are insufficient points, the gift redemption request will be automatically cancelled. Once a redemption request is accepted by HANNAH, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned. h. After HANNAH accepts the redemption request for cash vouchers, goods, or gifts, members will receive a redemption letter or cash voucher within four to six weeks. i. HANNAH assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of cash vouchers, goods, or gifts redeemed through this program. j. HANNAH reserves the right to refuse any redemption or cancel any HANNAH points rewards if a member violates any terms and conditions or if their membership is cancelled. k. Cash vouchers, goods, or gifts will be redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis. If the specified cash voucher, goods, or gift is unavailable, HANNAH has the right to substitute it with a gift of similar value or function without prior notice. Products\/services are subject to the terms and conditions listed by the supplier. m. HANNAH is not the supplier of the products and\/or services redeemed under this program and therefore assumes no responsibility whatsoever in the matter. Events beyond our control<\/strong><\/h5>\nWe are not liable for any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, work stoppages and other industrial disputes, network system failures, floods, fires, explosions or accidents.\n<h5><strong>19. Waiver<\/strong><\/h5>\nHannah&#039;s waiver of any right by you to breach these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of any future breach of these Terms of Use by you.
