a. reproduce, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Website in any way or for any commercial purpose;

b. modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Website including, without limitation, any portion of the Hanna trademarks;

c. copy any part of this Website without our express written consent; and

d. Establish a database to systematically download and store the content of this website.

5. Registration

You need to register an account to place an order on this website. By registering an account, you agree to: –

a. Provide true, accurate, current and complete personal information;

b. promptly notify us of any updates, changes or modifications to the information you have provided to us;

c. assume responsibility for all activities that occur through your account; and

d. Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

After registration, anyone who uses your account and password on this website will be deemed to be you or authorized by you.

If you are under the age of 18, you must use this website with the involvement of your parent or guardian. You must let your parent or guardian know about the Privacy Policy before using this website and registering an account.

We have the right in our absolute discretion to refuse any registration or terminate any account for any reason.

7. Eligibility to Place an Order

To place an order on this website, you must:-

a. Aged 18 or above;

b. Hold a valid credit card, WeChat Pay account or Alipay account issued by a licensed bank accepted by Hanna;

c. ensure that the personal and payment details you provide (such as email address, real name, telephone number, billing information and other requested information) are valid and accurate; and

d. Be the authoriser of the credit card used to place the order, and have sufficient funds in your WeChat Pay account and Alipay account to cover the order price.

By placing an order on this website, you expressly authorize us to:-

e. The fees paid by your credit card, WeChat Pay and Alipay are subject to the final purchase price (including the purchase price of the product and delivery fees) (hereinafter referred to as the "Final Purchase Price");

f. use the personal data you provide to perform anti-fraud checks; and

g. Send your information to third parties (such as credit reference or fraud prevention agencies) or obtain your information from third parties.

All orders are subject to product availability and price confirmation. The products in your shopping cart are not reserved for you and other customers can purchase the same product(s).

8. Prices and Product Descriptions

All prices on this website are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars ("HKD"). If your credit card, WeChat Pay or Alipay payment is not denominated in HKD, the final purchase price charged by your card-issuing bank will be calculated based on the exchange rate applicable on the day your bank processes the transaction.

The total amount shown in the shopping cart already includes the corresponding charges for the delivery address (within Hong Kong and Macau only) you selected when browsing this website.

However, the product prices displayed on this website do not include import taxes and duties. You should check the relevant import taxes and duties before placing an order. We have no control over any import taxes and duties that may apply to your order. You are responsible for paying the import taxes and duties (if applicable) upon arrival at customs to release the product.

While we have made every effort to ensure that all details displayed on this website are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are free from errors. If we discover any error in the price or description of any product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and you will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be deemed cancelled. If you have paid for the product, you will receive a full refund.

9. Payment

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, China UnionPay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. You must be the credit card holder or authorized by the credit card holder to use the card. We are not responsible for any delayed or non-delivery if your card-issuing bank refuses to pay us.

10. Order Commitment

After you place an order and enter the relevant information, we will send you an email or mobile application to confirm receipt of your order (hereinafter referred to as the "Order Confirmation"). This Order Confirmation does not constitute a commitment to accept your order.

Your order is deemed not to have been accepted and no contract is formed between us until the following events occur:-

a. The final purchase price is deducted in full from your credit card, WeChat Pay or Alipay; and

b. Send you a text message via mobile app or email to confirm that the product has been delivered to you (referred to as "Delivery Confirmation").

We have the sole right to decide not to accept your order for any reason, including but not limited to the following reasons:-

c. The product you ordered is out of stock;

d. There are pricing or product description errors;

e. We are unable to deduct the final purchase price from your credit card, WeChat Pay or Alipay; and

f. Violation of any terms of the relevant policies and agreements, privacy policy and terms of use.

If the product you ordered is out of stock and we have already received your payment, we will refund you the full final purchase price. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from our refusal to accept your order.

11. Cancellation and Amendment of Orders

Once you have received the order confirmation, you will not be able to modify any part of the order or cancel the order. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service (cs@hannah.hk).

12. Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene concerns, we are unable to refund the final purchase price or allow exchanges unless:-

a. The size, color or quantity of the product delivered to you does not match that stated in the order confirmation or the product delivered to you is defective;

b. The product is unwashed, unworn, unused and in the same condition as when you received it (including but not limited to product labels and packaging); and

c. If the product you purchased from HANNAH is unsuitable, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt and proceed to our store within 7 days to process a refund. As long as the product is brand new and unused, and all associated accessories (such as packaging, tags, warranty cards, etc.) are complete and do not affect resale, and you provide your purchase receipt, you may contact us to request a return or exchange, and we will process your return or exchange as soon as possible.

No refunds or exchanges will be given for any product that is not the correct size. If you are unsure of the correct size for you, please email us at cs@hannah.hk for advice or visit our store in person and we will assist you in fitting.

Once your return or exchange is approved, we will send you a text message via our mobile app or email confirming receipt of the product ("Delivery Confirmation"). Delivery charges will be fully refunded using the same payment method. For returns, your refund will be made using the same payment method. For exchanges, we will arrange for delivery of your ordered product within [7] business days of Delivery Confirmation.

13. Delivery

We will contact customers directly before shipment to provide an estimated delivery time based on current logistics information. However, we do not guarantee that the estimated arrival date is completely accurate and we are not responsible for delays in delivery due to customs clearance or other events beyond our control as described below.

The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery, and we will transfer title to you upon receipt of full payment of the final purchase price of the Products. If we do not receive full payment of the final purchase price from you, we reserve the right to reclaim the Products listed in the delivery confirmation.

Please note that after placing an order, we will contact you via the HANNAH mobile app regarding your selected delivery arrangements and product details. Confirmation will be sent to your registered HANNAH mobile app within 48 hours (excluding holidays. If it falls on a Saturday or public holiday, the confirmation will be deferred to the next business day). If you have any objections to the product or delivery arrangements, please contact us within the HANNAH mobile app within 24 hours for prompt follow-up, or email us at cs@hannah.hk. If we do not receive any notification, your order will be packaged and shipped the next business day. We will provide SF Express/Post Office delivery (applicable to Hong Kong/Macau regions only). Customers can provide other courier/courier information and we will arrange delivery on their behalf (applicable to overseas and domestic regions).

Please note: Delivery service is only available within Hong Kong and Macau (excluding outlying islands). For overseas and Mainland China delivery, please provide your delivery company information to facilitate delivery arrangements. 14. Bonus Rewards Program

a. Unless otherwise specified, the Points Rewards Program ("Points") is available to HANNAH members. Members must present a valid mobile app before payment to redeem Points.

b. Unless otherwise specified, members will earn 1 point for every HK$$1 spent at HANNAH (excluding transactions involving handling fees, repairs, other charges, or refunds). HANNAH reserves the right to change the required spending amount at any time without prior notice.

c. Accumulated points and their expiry date will be May 31st of each year.

d. Points that can be redeemed for gifts are listed in the mobile app.

e. Expired points and reward points in cancelled membership accounts will be automatically cancelled and cannot be used to redeem any gifts.

f. Points cannot be transferred to another person, nor can you request to combine bonus points from different membership accounts for gift redemption.

g. Gift redemption is subject to the availability of points accumulated at the time and HANNAH's final decision. If insufficient points are available, the gift redemption request will be automatically cancelled. Once a redemption request is accepted by HANNAH, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned.

h. Once the cash voucher, product or gift redemption is accepted by HANNAH, members will receive a redemption letter or cash voucher within four to six weeks.

i.HANNAH assumes no responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of any cash coupons, goods or gifts redeemed under this program.

j. HANNAH reserves the right to refuse any redemption or cancel HANNAH Points rewards if a member violates any of the terms and conditions or their membership is cancelled.

k. Cash vouchers, merchandise, or gifts will be redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis. If the designated cash voucher, merchandise, or gift is out of stock, HANNAH reserves the right to substitute a gift of similar value or functionality without prior notice. Products/services are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the supplier.

m.HANNAH is not the supplier of the products and/or services redeemed under this program and therefore assumes no liability whatsoever. HANNAH does not guarantee the quality or availability of the products and/or services provided by the relevant suppliers. All representations and warranties regarding quality, design, specifications, suitability, or other matters listed on the HANNAH Points Rewards website are provided by the relevant suppliers. Therefore, HANNAH assumes no liability or responsibility for any death, injury, damage, or loss to members, third parties, or any property thereof, arising directly or indirectly from the products and/or services provided to members.

n. If a supplier closes down, the products/services provided will be terminated immediately.

o. HANNAH has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed on the HANNAH Points Rewards website, but assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions. HANNAH reserves the right to make the final decision on any inaccuracies or omissions.

All images and product features are for reference only. Unless otherwise specified, all cash coupons, merchandise, or gifts are valid for redemption until May 31st of each year. Cash coupons, merchandise, or gifts are subject to availability and are redeemed while supplies last. HANNAH reserves the right to change the availability of cash coupons, merchandise, or gifts at any time without prior notice. HANNAH and/or the program's suppliers reserve the right to substitute comparable gifts without prior notice if necessary.

q. HANNAH reserves the right to cancel all accumulated points and membership status if any member obtains points or redeems gifts through fraudulent or abusive means.

r. Even though the following actions may reduce the value of accumulated points, HANNAH may terminate the points program, cancel or modify its offers, modify, add or delete any terms and conditions, cancel or change merchants, or modify or restrict the value and/or redemption methods of points at any time without prior notice or liability.

s. In case of any matter or dispute, the decision of HANNAH shall be final.

15. Disclaimer

We provide this website on an "as is" basis and make no representations about the quality, completeness or accuracy of any content on this website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly exclude:-

a. all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by law; and

b. any and all liability to you arising under these Terms of Use or in connection with your use of this Website.

All images displayed on this website that involve models are not responsible for any claims regarding the intellectual property rights of such images.

Hanna is not responsible for any damage to you or your property caused by product quality defects.

The foregoing is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all losses of any kind, including (but not limited to) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of income or profits, loss of or damage to property, and claims of third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. In particular, the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in these Terms of Use do not limit your rights as a consumer under Hong Kong law or other statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited, nor do they in any way exclude or limit your liability (as the Website Owner) for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence or that of our employees or agents.

16. Indemnification

You agree to fully and irrevocably indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hanna, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents and affiliates from and against any and all third party claims, liability, losses and/or expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising out of your use of the Website or your breach of these Terms of Use.

17. Notice

We send notices to you via the Mobile App or by sending an email to cs@hannah.hk. Notices will be deemed received and confirmed 48 hours after the email is sent or 24 hours after the message is sent from the Mobile App.

18. Events beyond our control

Our liability for any failure or delay in performance of any of our obligations due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, network system failures, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

19. Waiver

Hanna's waiver of any breach of these Terms of Use by you will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach by you of these Terms of Use. Hanna's failure to insist on strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Use or its delay in exercising any remedy will not constitute a waiver of any breach or remedy.

20. Split

If any provision (in whole or in part) is held by any court or other competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions and the rest of the affected provision will continue in effect without delay or the exercise of any remedy.

21.Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise and modify any content on this website (including these Terms of Use) at any time.

22. Language

These Terms of Use are published in English and Chinese. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Hong Kong courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Use.
