Product information and delivery arrangements

Please note that we will process your order within three business days of placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the product or delivery arrangements, please email us at cs@hannah.hk within 24 hours. If we do not receive any notification, your order will be packaged and shipped as scheduled.

  1. It usually takes 3-5 working days from confirmation to shipment arrangement (only applicable to Hong Kong or Macau).

  2. We will use SF Express/Post Office delivery company (only applicable to Hong Kong or Macau area).

  3. Customers can provide other delivery companies/personnel information and our company will contact and arrange delivery matters on their behalf (suitable for overseas and domestic areas).

  4. For all enquiries regarding shipments and orders, email is preferred (enquiries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next normal working day).
  5. Customers must fill in a valid and frequently used email address and phone number for registration. All matters such as shipping arrangements, re-shipping, delivery delays, etc. will be contacted via email or mobile app notification. Customers are advised to pay attention to notifications issued by HANNAH.

  6. Shipping time may be extended due to statutory holidays, weekends, customs clearance, delayed payment and freight confirmation, etc.

  7. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number for your order via email or mobile app. With this tracking number, you can track the delivery status of your order on the courier's website.

  8. When you receive the goods, you must inspect them and sign for them on the waybill.

  9. Delivery service will be between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with the exact time determined by the courier. If you require otherwise, you can also arrange for your designated courier to collect your shipment at our delivery center.

  10. In the event of any dispute regarding an order, HANNAH reserves the right to make the final decision on providing online shopping services based on individual circumstances.
