7. Order Eligibility

To place an order on this website, you must: a. Be at least 18 years old; b. Hold a valid credit card issued by a licensed bank accepted by us, or have a valid WeChat Pay or Alipay account; c. Ensure that the personal and payment details you provide (such as email address, full name, phone number, billing information, and any other required details) are accurate and valid; and d. Be authorized to use the credit card for placing the order, and ensure that your WeChat Pay or Alipay account has sufficient funds to cover the order amount. By placing an order on this website, you expressly authorize us to: e. Charge your credit card, WeChat Pay, or Alipay account for the final purchase price (including the product price and delivery fee) (referred to as the “Final Purchase Price”); f. Use the personal information you provided to conduct anti-fraud checks; and g. Share your information with third parties (such as credit reference or fraud prevention agencies) or obtain information about you from third parties. All orders are subject to product availability and price confirmation. Products in your shopping cart are not reserved for you and can be purchased by other customers.

8. Prices and Product Descriptions

All prices on this website are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (referred to as “HKD”). If your credit card, WeChat Pay, or Alipay account is not in HKD, the final purchase price charged by your issuing bank will be calculated based on the exchange rate applicable on the day the transaction is processed. The total amount shown in your shopping cart includes the corresponding delivery fees based on the delivery address you selected while browsing this website (limited to Hong Kong and Macau only). However, the product prices displayed on this website do not include import taxes. You should check the relevant import taxes and duties before placing your order. We do not control any import taxes and duties applicable to your order. You are responsible for paying the import taxes and duties (if applicable) to release the products from customs upon arrival. While we have made every effort to ensure that all details on this website are accurate, we do not guarantee that there are no errors. If we find any errors in the pricing or description of any product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible, and you may choose to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled. If you have already paid for the product, you will receive a full refund.

9. Payment

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, China UnionPay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. You must be the cardholder or have authorization from the cardholder to use the credit card. If your issuing bank declines payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver.

10. Order Acceptance

After you place an order and enter the relevant information, we will send you an email or app notification to confirm that we have received your order (referred to as the “Order Confirmation”). This Order Confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is considered not accepted, and no contract will be formed between us until: a. The Final Purchase Price is fully charged to your credit card, WeChat Pay, or Alipay account; and b. You receive a text message or email confirming that the product has been dispatched to you (referred to as the “Dispatch Confirmation”). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse your order for any reason, including but not limited to the following: c. The product you ordered is out of stock; d. There is an error in pricing or product description; e. We are unable to charge the Final Purchase Price to your credit card, WeChat Pay, or Alipay account; and f. Violation of any terms of related policies and agreements, privacy policies, or terms of use. If the product you ordered is out of stock and we have already received your payment, we will refund the full Final Purchase Price to you. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the refusal to accept your order.

11. Order Cancellation and Amendments

Once you receive the order confirmation, you will not be able to modify or cancel any part of the order. If you have any issues, please contact our customer service at cs@hannah.hk.

12. Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot refund the final purchase price or allow exchanges unless: a. The size, color, or quantity of the product delivered to you does not match the order confirmation, or the product delivered to you is defective; b. The product is unwashed, unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it (including but not limited to product tags and packaging); and c. If the item you purchased from HANNAH does not fit, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receipt and complete the refund procedure at our store within 7 days. The product must be in brand new condition, unused, with all related accessories (such as packaging, tags, warranty card, etc.) intact, and without affecting resale. You must provide the purchase receipt, and you can contact us to apply for a return or exchange. We will process the return or exchange as soon as possible. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for products that do not match in size. If you are unsure of your size, you may email us at cs@hannah.hk for advice, or visit our store, and we will assist you with trying on the items. Once the return or exchange is approved, we will send you a message via our mobile app or email to confirm receipt of the product (referred to as “Receipt Confirmation”). The delivery fee will be fully refunded using the method you used for payment. If returning the product, you will be refunded using the payment method you used. If exchanging the product, we will arrange for the delivery of the ordered product within [7] business days of the Receipt Confirmation.

13. Delivery

We will deliver the products to you based on the current situation and the logistics information will be directly communicated with the customer before shipment, along with the estimated delivery time. However, we do not guarantee that the estimated arrival date will be entirely accurate, and we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or events beyond our control as described below. You will assume the risk of the product from the time of delivery, and we will transfer ownership of the product to you once we have received the full purchase price. If we have not received the full purchase price from you, we reserve the right to reclaim the products listed in the delivery confirmation. Please note that after confirming the order, HANNAH will contact you via the mobile app regarding the selected delivery arrangements and product information. A confirmation will be sent to your registered HANNAH mobile app within 48 hours (excluding holidays; if it falls on a Saturday or public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day). If you have any objections to the product or delivery arrangement, you can contact us within 24 hours via the “Contact Us” section of the HANNAH mobile app for timely follow-up, or send an email to cs@hannah.hk. If we do not receive any notification, your order will be packaged and shipped on the next business day. We will provide delivery using SF Express or postal services (only applicable to Hong Kong/Macau regions). Customers may provide other courier company information for overseas and mainland regions, and we will contact them to arrange delivery on your behalf. **Please note:** Delivery services are only available within the Hong Kong and Macau regions (excluding outlying islands). For overseas and mainland delivery services, customers are welcome to provide courier service company information to arrange for product delivery. 14. Rewards Points Program

a. Unless otherwise specified, the Rewards Points Program (“Points”) is applicable to members of HANNAH. To accumulate points, members must present a valid mobile application before payment. b. Unless otherwise specified, members will earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent at HANNAH (excluding service fees, repair costs, and other fees or refund transactions). HANNAH reserves the right to change the spending amount required to earn points at any time without prior notice. c. Accumulated points and their expiration date will be on May 31st of each year. d. Points required for redeemable gifts are listed in the mobile application. e. Expired points and rewards points from canceled member accounts will be automatically forfeited and cannot be used for any gift redemption. f. Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with points from different member accounts for gift redemption. g. Gift redemption is subject to the availability of accumulated points and the final decision of HANNAH. If there are insufficient points, the gift redemption request will be automatically canceled. Once accepted by HANNAH, the redemption request cannot be altered, canceled, or returned. h. After HANNAH accepts the redemption of cash vouchers, products, or gifts, members will receive the redemption letter or cash vouchers within four to six weeks. i. HANNAH assumes no responsibility for the loss, damage, or theft of cash vouchers, products, or gifts redeemed through this program. j. If a member violates any terms and conditions or their membership is canceled, HANNAH reserves the right to refuse any redemption or cancel HANNAH points rewards. k. Cash vouchers, products, or gifts are redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis. If the specified cash vouchers, products, or gifts are out of stock, HANNAH reserves the right to substitute with gifts of similar value or function without notice. The products/services are subject to the terms and conditions set by the supplier. m. HANNAH is not the supplier of products and/or services redeemed through this program and will not assume any related liability. HANNAH does not warrant or guarantee the quality or availability of the products and/or services provided by the supplier. All quality, design, specifications, suitability, or other statements and guarantees listed on the HANNAH Points Rewards webpage are provided by the respective suppliers. Therefore, HANNAH will not be liable or responsible for any death, injury, damage, or loss caused directly or indirectly to members or third parties or their property due to the provision of products and/or services. n. In case of the supplier’s closure, the provided products/services will be terminated immediately. o. HANNAH has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information appearing on the HANNAH Points Rewards webpage but assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions. In case of any inaccuracy or omission, HANNAH reserves the right to make the final decision. p. All images and product features are for reference only. Unless otherwise specified, all cash vouchers, products, or gifts are redeemable until May 31st of each year. The supply of cash vouchers, products, or gifts is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. HANNAH reserves the right to change the availability of cash vouchers, products, or gifts at any time without prior notice. If necessary, HANNAH and/or the suppliers of this program have the right to replace them with similar gifts without prior notice. q. If points or gifts are obtained through fraudulent or abusive methods, HANNAH reserves the right to cancel all accumulated points and membership. r. Even if the following actions may reduce the value of accumulated points, HANNAH may, at any time and without prior notice or liability, terminate the points program, cancel or modify its offers, modify, add, or delete any terms and conditions, cancel or change merchants, amend or limit the value of points and/or the method of redemption. s. All matters and disputes will be subject to HANNAH’s final decision.

15. Disclaimer

We provide this website on an “as is” basis and make no representations about the quality, completeness, or accuracy of any content on this website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly exclude: a. All conditions, warranties, and other terms that might be implied by law; and b. Any and all liability to you, whether under these terms or in connection with your use of this website. All images of models displayed on this website do not constitute any claims regarding intellectual property rights related to such images. HANNAH will not be liable for any harm to you or your property caused by any defects in the quality of products. The above is a comprehensive limitation of liability, applicable to any form of loss, including (but not limited to) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of data, income, or profit, loss of or damage to property, and third-party claims. Notwithstanding the above, these terms are not intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. In particular, the exclusions and limitations of liability in these terms are not intended to limit your statutory rights as a consumer under Hong Kong law or any other law that does not allow exclusions and limitations, nor to exclude or limit (as the website owner) our liability to you for personal injury or death caused by our or our employees’ or agents’ negligence.

16. Indemnity

You agree to fully and irrevocably indemnify, defend, and hold harmless to HANNAH, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates from and against all third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and/or expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising out of your use of this website or your breach of these terms.

17. Notices

We will send notices through the mobile application or by sending an email to you at cs@hannah.hk. Notifications will be deemed received and acknowledged 48 hours after an email is sent or 24 hours after a message is sent through the mobile application.

18. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling any of our obligations due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, and other industrial disputes, network system failures, floods, fires, explosions, or accidents.

19. Waiver

HANNAH’s waiver of any right related to your breach of these terms does not constitute a waiver of any future breaches of these terms. HANNAH’s failure to insist on strict performance of any term or delay in exercising any remedy shall not constitute a waiver of any breach or remedy.

20. Severability

If any term (in whole or in part) is deemed invalid or unenforceable by any court or other competent authority, the remaining terms and the rest of the affected term will continue in effect.

21. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise and modify any content (including these terms) on this website at any time.

22. Language

These terms are available in both Chinese and English. In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Hong Kong courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes related to these terms.
